This Custom Home in Streamside Subdivision in Eagle is an Award Winning Parade home built by Shiloh Development.

The Home is complete with All Tech Systems Structured Cable, Security Systems and a prewired  whole house audio distribution system.  A complete Surround Sound system including Big Screen Television, DVD and a Dolby Digital Surround system. Flush mounted front speakers are located in the walls on both sides of the center.  Rear channel surround speakers are flush mounted in walls at the rear of the room (behind green candles right hand pict.) Wires to entertainment center all terminate at the Structured Cable panel where stereo audio channels are distributed to volume controls and flush mount ceiling speaker pairs throughout the Home.  Video generated locally from the entertainment systems are additionally available at all televisions throughout the Home.

Computer data ports are installed in the Home Office and in the Children's shared access area, and  the master bedroom sitting area. Cat 5 wiring terminates in the Structured Cable panel allowing any of the service providers data to be distributed to any data port.  Additional Data lines to the Home office area allow a server there to connect to outside services, and then redistribute "internet high speed services" through a Hub in the panel to all computers in the Home over an in house Network or "intranet".  Since all telephone jacks throughout the home are wired to the Structured Cable panel with Cat 5 high speed data cable, any jack can be easily changed to a data port at a later date, and be connected to the Intranet Hub.

The Security System may be accessed from any telephone in the house or in the world.  The Security system has the capability of  remote control of lights, door locks, garage door opener, heating and cooling thermostat settings, and arm/disarm of the security systems.  Thus the Homeowner has complete control of the system and the home from a cell phone or any phone any where.

Communications  by cell phone, or any phone to the alarm system  microphones and speakers allow two way discussion.  In an Alarm event, the microphones throughout the home are connected by two way voice channels to the Central Station Operators.  Valuable information regarding the type of event may be gained by the Central Station and relayed to the Police or Emergency response units.  In the event of a False trigger of the Alarm by the owner, the Central Station Operator may turn on the speakers and communicate with the home to gain a secret password from the owner and prevent the reporting of a false alarm.
