To whom it may concern:

We recently completed construction of a new home in the Treasure Valley. The office in the house is used extensively for telecommuting, thus requiring special data cabling and telephone system. Through a referral, we contracted Sam Rosen of All Tech Systems to complete the structured cabling, telephone wiring and video cable system throughout the house.

Sam completed two proposals for us to review. One was a "bare bones" setup that would minimally accomplish what we required and the other was a "top-of-the-line" setup that would keep us well ahead of the cabling age for years to come. He didn’t push either system rather be explained what each could do and how we could add to the 'bare bones" setup or subtract from the "top-of-the-line" setup to customize the system we desired.

After his pre-wire rough-in we discovered that we required an additional "home theater" outlet. As luck would have it, we were informed that the sheet-rockers would be closing up the walls the next morning. We thought we’d give Sam a try, so we called him at approximately 9:00 P.M. in the evening. To our surprise Sam returned our call that evening and had the additional outlet roughed-in the next morning.

Additionally, on several occasions since the installation was completed, we have ‘plugged-in" new electronic accessories to our system. When these accessories were added, we would call Sam for advice on the installation. Generally, rather than advice, we would get a "I’ll he over this afternoon". When Sam came by to help with these installations, be went well beyond his wiring responsibility to solve any problems that we encountered
